About Thankful

We make the thing you keep meaning to do happen on its own.

Every contractor and every agent knows the same truth: the customer you just finished with is the best marketing you will ever have. And almost nobody does anything about it, because the moment one job ends you’re already standing on the next one.

Why this exists

Business gift-giving is either an afterthought or a chore. The afterthought version is a logo mug that goes in a drawer. The chore version is somebody on your team spending a Thursday afternoon typing addresses into a website.

Neither produces what you actually want, which is a customer who remembers your name six months later and says it out loud to a neighbor.

So we built the version where you do nothing. Your system already knows who the customer is and when the job ended. We listen for that, engrave their name onto something worth keeping, and ask for the review at the only moment it has a real chance of landing — while they’re holding it.

How we work

  • Every gift engraved by hand, in our own shop
  • No drop-shipping, no white-label vendor network
  • Your brand on the card, never ours
  • We tell you what we can’t do before you ask

What we won’t claim

We don’t publish review-lift percentages we haven’t measured, and we don’t promise revenue numbers that depend on your crew, your market, and your pricing. When we have data worth showing, it will appear on the results page with the method sitting next to it.

What we believe

Three things that shape every decision here

Effort is the enemy

Client gifting doesn’t fail because people don’t care. It fails because it competes with running a business. Every feature we build removes a step instead of adding one.

Earn it, then ask

Asking a customer for a review is asking for a favor. Giving them something first and then asking is a completely different conversation, and the results reflect that.

Say the true thing

If an integration runs through Zapier, we say Zapier. If a connector isn’t built, we label it planned. You’d find out eventually — better it comes from us.

Come see whether it fits.

Tell us what you run and how many jobs you close. We’ll give you a straight answer.
