How it works
Ten minutes now. Nothing after that.
The entire product is designed around one idea: client gifting only works if it doesn’t compete with running your business. So the setup is short and the ongoing effort is zero.
Connect your CRM
Authorize the connection and pick which status means “this job is done.” Different teams use different words — Complete, Closed, Paid — so you choose the one your crew actually uses.
- JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Buildertrend, Housecall Pro
- Anything else through Zapier
- No CRM? Order from the dashboard instead
Upload your brand
Your logo and the name that goes on the card. This is what the customer sees — the gift is engraved with their name, and the card is from you.
- Your logo
- Card signature and message
- Optional: rep photo on the card
Set one gift rule
The most important thing you do, and you only do it once. Pick a default gift, and optionally a job-value threshold so bigger jobs automatically get more.
- Default gift for every qualifying job
- Optional value threshold for upgrades
- Optional: skip job types that shouldn’t get gifts
Close jobs like normal
That’s it. You go back to running your business. When a job hits your trigger status, everything below happens without anyone touching it.
- Gift selected by your rule
- Engraved by hand in our shop
- Shipped, usually within 2 business days
- Review request fires on delivery

The design principle
Every chore, removed on purpose
These aren’t features we happened to build. Each one is a specific place where client gifting normally dies.
Setup
Import a spreadsheet, configure templates, sit through onboarding
Connect your CRM, upload your logo, pick a default. Under ten minutes.
Recipient details
Type in every name and address, every time
Pulled from your CRM automatically. You never type an address.
Choosing a gift
Browse a catalog and decide, job after job
One rule, set once. Bigger jobs get the bigger gift. Then never think about it.
Sending
Remember to send it, then approve it
Sends itself. You get 24 hours to cancel if you want to — most people never do.
Asking for the review
A text that arrives whenever, and gets deleted
Fires the moment the gift is delivered, while they’re holding it.

If your CRM isn’t here, Zapier almost certainly bridges it.
Questions
About setup and sending
What if I want to check a gift before it ships?
You get a 24-hour cancel window on every gift. Auto-send is the default because the whole value is not having to think about it — but nothing goes out that you couldn’t stop. Most people watch the first two and then leave it running.
Do I have to use a CRM?
No. The CRM connection is what makes it automatic, and it’s the reason this actually gets used. But you can order directly from the dashboard whenever you like — plenty of professional firms work that way.
What does the customer see?
Their own name engraved on the gift, and a card from you — your name, your logo, optionally your photo. Thankful appears nowhere on the gift or the packaging.
When exactly does the review request go out?
When the carrier confirms delivery. Not on a schedule, not the next morning — the moment the box lands. That timing is the entire difference between a review request that works and one that gets deleted.
What if the address in my CRM is wrong?
We validate addresses before shipping and flag anything that looks off so you can fix it in one click rather than finding out from a returned box.
How fast do gifts actually ship?
Engraving and packing happen in-house, so most gifts go out within two business days of the trigger. Big seasonal batches need more lead time — book holiday work early.
