What we measure, and what we won’t claim

Plenty of companies in this category publish percentages with no method attached. We’d rather show you the instrument than a number you can’t check.

The metric that matters

Reviews per gift delivered

Not impressions, not sends, not open rates. The only number that tells you whether this is working is how many reviews you get for each gift that actually landed on a doorstep.

Reviews per gift

Every gift carries a unique QR code, so a scan and a resulting review are traceable to a specific delivery. That’s the ratio on your dashboard.

Time to review

How long between delivery and the review posting. This is where the delivery-timed request earns its keep versus a scheduled text.

Referral attribution

When a new job traces back to a past customer who received a gift, that link shows up in your dashboard rather than in a guess.

Where our numbers stand today

We’re not going to put a percentage here we haven’t earned.

Thankful has been running with a small group of local customers who order, reorder, and have shaped how the product works. That’s real, and it’s also a small sample from one market — not a basis for publishing an industry-wide claim.

As the review-attribution data accumulates across a wider set of accounts, the measured figures will go here, alongside the sample size and the method used. Until then, this page tells you what we track rather than what we’d like you to believe.

What you can hold us to instead

  • Your first month is free if it produces no new five-star review
  • Your own dashboard shows reviews per gift from day one
  • No contract — leave whenever the numbers stop making sense

Why the timing works

The one mechanism this all rests on

A review request that arrives while someone is holding a gift with their own name engraved on it is a fundamentally different ask than a text that arrives while they’re at work.

A scheduled text asks for a favor

It lands whenever the automation says. Nothing has happened for the customer in that moment. You’re interrupting them to request unpaid work.

A delivery-timed ask follows a gift

It arrives at the exact moment something good just happened to them, with your name attached to it. Same words, completely different footing.

Watch it work on your own dashboard.

Reviews per gift, from your first send. If the first month produces nothing, you don’t pay for it.
