Closing gifts that send themselves
You already know the closing gift matters. You also know it’s the thing that slips when you’re juggling four deals. Connect your CRM once and every closing sends a hand-engraved gift with your name on it — then asks for the review while they’re still unwrapping it.
Fires when a deal is marked Closed · Ten-minute setup · First month free if you don’t get a review

What actually happens for real estate agents
The gift you meant to send
It closed three weeks ago. You still haven’t sent anything. Now it feels late, so it feels awkward, so it doesn’t happen at all — and the moment they would have told their friends about you is gone.
Ordering is its own part-time job
Pick something. Get the spelling right. Find the new address, not the old one. Track it. Hope it arrives before they forget which agent you were.
Past clients go quiet
Your next deal is sitting in your closed-deals list. But without a reason to show up in their life, you’re just another name in a contacts app.
How it runs
Set it up once. Then it just happens.
- 1
Connect your system
We listen for the moment a deal is marked Closed. The customer’s name and address come across with it.
- 2
Pick your default gift
Most real estate agents start with the The Board Set. Set a value rule if you want bigger jobs to get more.
- 3
We engrave and ship
Hand-engraved in our shop, packed, and out the door — usually within two business days.
- 4
The review request fires on delivery
Not on a schedule. The moment the carrier says it landed, while they’re holding it.
What changes
- Every closing gets a gift, with zero admin
- Their name engraved, your name on the card
- The review request lands the moment it’s delivered
- Past clients who actually remember who you are

Pricing
Buy credits. Use them whenever.
No subscription, no sales call. Credits don’t expire while your account is open — good for a slow season or a busy one.
Software, CRM integration, and review automation are included while your credits are active. Credits don’t expire while your account is open.
How credits work
One credit is one standard gift. Bigger gifts cost more credits — so you can send a Tumbler Kit on a service call and a Signature Basket on a full replacement, out of the same balance.

Questions
What real estate agents ask
How does it know when a deal closes?
It reads your CRM. When a deal moves to Closed in Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or anything that connects through Zapier, that’s the trigger. The client’s name and property address come across with it, so you never type an address.
Can I see the gift before it ships?
Yes. Auto-send is the default because it’s the whole point, but you get a 24-hour window to cancel or swap any gift. Most agents look at the first two and then never look again.
Is my branding on it, or yours?
Yours. The engraving carries their family name, and the card carries you — your name, your photo, your brokerage. Thankful appears nowhere on the gift.
Are closing gifts tax deductible?
Client gifts are generally deductible as a business expense, though the IRS caps the per-recipient deduction each year and engraving and shipping are often treated separately. Your accountant should make the call for your situation.
What if I only close a few deals a year?
Then buy a pack of credits instead of a subscription. Credits don’t expire while your account is active, so a five-pack can cover a slow year without you paying monthly for something you’re not using.
Ready to stop letting finished closings disappear?
Ten minutes to connect. Then every job takes care of its own thank-you.
