We’ll engrave one with your company on it and send it to you. It’s a lot easier to decide whether this is worth putting in front of a customer when it’s sitting on your desk.
Questions
About the gifts
Whose name goes on the gift?
Theirs. The engraving carries the client’s name — that’s what makes them keep it. Your name goes on the card, which is where people actually look to see who sent something.
Can I put my logo on the gift itself?
We can, and we’ll advise against it. A gift with your logo is an advertisement, and it ends up in a drawer. A gift with their family name on it stays on the counter. If you want both, we’ll do both.
Who does the engraving?
We do, in our own shop. Not drop-shipped, not outsourced. That’s why we can promise the spelling is right and the finish is consistent.
Can I see one before I commit?
Yes — ask for a sample and we’ll send one engraved with your company on it so you can hold the thing before you put it in front of a customer.
What if something arrives damaged?
We replace it, no questions. It’s glass and hardwood going to residential addresses — occasionally a box loses a fight with a delivery truck.
Can we do a custom gift for a specific client?
For larger accounts, yes. Talk to us about what you have in mind — custom work needs lead time, especially in Q4.

Most people start with the Board Set and add a threshold so bigger jobs get the basket.
