Connect the system you already run

This is what makes “you never touch it” literally true. Your CRM already knows who the customer is, where they live, and when the job ended. We listen for that moment and the gift goes out on its own.

Straight answer

How these connections actually work today

Most of our integrations run through Zapier right now. That’s a real, working connection — not a workaround — and it means we support far more systems than a hand-built connector list ever could.

Connect via Zapier

Live today. You authorize both sides once, choose the trigger, and map the customer name and address. Ten minutes, and it runs forever.

Planned

A direct connector we intend to build. Until it ships, that system still works through Zapier — we label it honestly so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Questions

About connecting your system

How long does it take to connect?

About ten minutes. You authorize the connection, choose which status fires a gift, and pick your default gift. That’s the whole setup.

What if my CRM isn’t listed?

If it connects to Zapier — and almost everything does — it connects to us. Pick your trigger, map two fields, and you’re running. If you’re on something unusual, tell us and we’ll look at it.

What data do you pull?

Only what we need to send the gift: the customer’s name, the delivery address, and enough about the job to apply your gift rule. We don’t touch financials beyond a job total if you use a value threshold.

Can I control which jobs trigger a gift?

Yes. Most people set a job-value threshold so bigger jobs get gifts and small service calls don’t. You can also restrict by job type, crew, or location.

Connect it once. Never think about it again.

Ten minutes of setup and every closed job starts sending its own thank-you.
