That’s all of it. We don’t read financials beyond a job total if you use a value threshold, and we don’t write anything back to JobNimbus.

About the JobNimbus connection
Is this a direct JobNimbus integration?
It runs through Zapier today, which is a genuine working connection used by most of our customers. You authorize both sides once and it runs on its own from there.
What fires the gift?
A job moves to Complete (or any status you choose). That's the trigger — you can change which status counts during setup if your team uses a different one.
What information comes across?
Customer name, Service address, Job value, Assigned rep. That's what we need to engrave the gift and get it to the right door. You never type an address.
Can I stop a gift before it ships?
Yes. Auto-send is the default because that’s the point, but every gift has a 24-hour cancel window. Most people check the first couple and then leave it alone.
Does every job get a gift?
Only if you want that. Most companies set a job-value threshold so bigger jobs get gifts and small calls don’t. You set the rule once during setup.
