What’s actually included in the price?
The gift, the engraving, the packaging, the shipping, and a follow-up review request once it’s delivered. No separate software fee and no hidden add-ons.
What’s the difference between the baskets?
Basic starts with two engraved tumblers and a cutting board. Complete adds a coaster set and cheese knife set. Premium adds a salt & pepper mill set and a wooden utensil set. Family adds a second, smaller pair of engraved tumblers on top of Premium — built for a bigger household.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Order a basket when you need one. If you’re sending 20 or more gifts a month, talk to us about volume pricing.
