A direct Roofr connector is on the roadmap. Until it ships, Roofr connects through Zapier the same way everything else does.
Straight answer: we haven’t built a direct Roofr connector yet. It connects through Zapier today, which works exactly the same way from your side — we’d just rather tell you than let you find out.

The default gift goes out, or a bigger one if the job cleared your threshold.

Hand-engraved in our shop and out the door, usually within two business days.

The moment the carrier confirms it landed, the ask goes out — while they’re holding it.

That’s all of it. We don’t read financials beyond a job total if you use a value threshold, and we don’t write anything back to Roofr.

About the Roofr connection
Is this a direct Roofr integration?
Not yet — a direct connector is on our roadmap. Today Roofr connects through Zapier, which is a real working connection and takes about ten minutes to set up.
What fires the gift?
A job is marked complete. That's the trigger — you can change which status counts during setup if your team uses a different one.
What information comes across?
Homeowner name, Property address, Job value. That's what we need to engrave the gift and get it to the right door. You never type an address.
Can I stop a gift before it ships?
Yes. Auto-send is the default because that’s the point, but every gift has a 24-hour cancel window. Most people check the first couple and then leave it alone.
Does every job get a gift?
Only if you want that. Most companies set a job-value threshold so bigger jobs get gifts and small calls don’t. You set the rule once during setup.
